I am a political scientist specialising in state-society relations, civil society, and governance. My research focuses on how political institutions shape interactions between governments and non-state actors, with a particular interest in China and developing nations.
I recently completed my PhD in Politics at the University of Edinburgh. My work combines survey and interview methods to examine governance, public policy, and the role of civil society organisations in contemporary political systems.
